Meet Hilloah
"Creating Healthy Lifestyles" is in a nutshell how I describe the synthesis of my professional offerings. It's been a curious collaboration of a lifetime of education, experience, passion, divergence, synchronicity, talent and hard work. The current product is a collage of Onsen Therapy, personal training, group yoga classes, Mexican yoga retreats, French cultural hiking adventures, Traveler's French classes, custom designed French tours, Body Tuning Balance seminars. They all fit together in creating healthy lifestyles. They all share the same essence. They all share the same cord of one on one or small group, personalized, out of the box, unique, off the beaten path services. That's what I love doing!
It's my deep intent to bring through these various, interlacing services and experiences a deeper, more content, full & healthy life.

THE LIGHT IN YOUR EYE….. Or where did my energy go?

Our biological, or circadian, rhythms are partially regulated by daily light and dark cycles. When it gets dark, the pineal gland secretes melatonin which initiates the sleep cycle. Reversing the Aging Process
“Aging equals inactivity” A body that is not used is much like the water in a stagnant pond. One that moves is more like a mountain stream. Movement is essential for the nutrients to reach the cells of the body and replenish them. It also picks up waste products and assists in the disposal of them. [...]

Hiking Poles- “A Man’s/Girl’s Best Friend”
When I started using poles for hiking, people would make fun of me and ask me silly questions like “what kind of wax are you using” or “where’s the snow”. The other mindset I encountered was “poles are for old people”. Pretty soon as I was popping up a steep incline people would say [...]
