Meet Hilloah
"Creating Healthy Lifestyles" is in a nutshell how I describe the synthesis of my professional offerings. It's been a curious collaboration of a lifetime of education, experience, passion, divergence, synchronicity, talent and hard work. The current product is a collage of Onsen Therapy, personal training, group yoga classes, Mexican yoga retreats, French cultural hiking adventures, Traveler's French classes, custom designed French tours, Body Tuning Balance seminars. They all fit together in creating healthy lifestyles. They all share the same essence. They all share the same cord of one on one or small group, personalized, out of the box, unique, off the beaten path services. That's what I love doing!
It's my deep intent to bring through these various, interlacing services and experiences a deeper, more content, full & healthy life.

Tour of the Jungfrau—Switzerland
Tour Dates: August 14-21, 2011
8 day tour
Price: $2,695
Switzerland at it’s best! Spend your days wandering in the gaze of the Eiger, Jungfrau and Monch (the ogre, young girl and the monk). Pretty impressive company!
Based at a cozy B&B in Interlaken, we take full advantage of the Swiss cog trains to start high and stay high. The first hiking day ends at an impressive hotel perched on it’s own mountain top! We venture in a high horseshoe skirting around the Grindewald valley.
Speaking of high, we visit the top of the world! Only the Swiss would think to dig out a cog train line that carves up inside the Eiger, ending at 13,000’ on the Jungfrau. Once on top, we walk on the glacier and discover the ice carved caves and artwork at the Jungfraujoch.
After decending back to Wengen, we catch the cog train just in time to return to our B&B and a fine last night dinner.
